• Connection Fee: A one-time fee for connecting you with vetted service providers
• Payment Terms: Fees are due upon service confirmation
• Refund Policy: Connection fees are non-refundable, but we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee

4. Vetting and Quality Assurance

While we conduct comprehensive background checks and reference verification for all service providers in our network, we cannot guarantee the performance or conduct of third-party service providers. We encourage clients to exercise their own judgment and due diligence.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Treat service providers with respect and professionalism
• Make payments directly to service providers as agreed
• Report any concerns or issues promptly
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Service Provider Relationships

Service providers in our network are independent contractors. Nairobi Diplomatic Hub acts as a connection service and is not the employer of these service providers. All employment arrangements and payment agreements are between you and the service provider.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a service provider within the first 30 days, we will provide alternative candidates at no additional connection fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nairobi Diplomatic Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you for our connection services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Nairobi Diplomatic Hub and protected by copyright laws.

10. Privacy

11. Termination
